Overview In this role you will define and execute a data-driven AI product vision for ISS-Corporate solutions, shaping AI-native and AI-enabled SaaS capabilities across governance, compensation, sustainability, and cyber risk. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate AI concepts into scalable products and drive adoption through pilots, launches, and commercialization. You'll partner with product leaders to prioritize AI features, staying ahead of market needs and delivering measurable business value. Responsibilities- Define and execute the AI product vision and roadmap across ISS-Corporate solutions
- Partner with product leaders to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and use cases
- Lead the lifecycle of AI-native and AI-enabled products from ideation through launch
- Translate AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, machine learning, NLP) into scalable SaaS applications
- Assess market trends and client needs to drive differentiated AI capabilities
- Develop product requirements, business cases, and functional specifications
- Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Go-To-Market teams
- Lead client validation efforts through pilots, beta programs, and user feedback
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key requirements- 5+ years in product management, with 1-2 years in AI/ML or generative AI-driven products
- Progressive SaaS or enterprise software experience
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including generative AI and LLMs
- Experience with data science and engineering teams on AI products
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in agile/scrum environments managing cross-functional initiatives
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable requirements
- Strategic thinking focused on measurable business value
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts including generative AI and LLMs
- Experience translating AI into SaaS applications
