Senior IT Sourcing Specialist

In this role you will develop and execute IT sourcing strategies to secure value, quality, and cost efficiency for the Global IT category. You'll collaborate with sites, divisions, and regional sourcing teams to align supplier activities with business goals. You'll manage supplier performance, contract execution, and continuous improvement to drive cost savings. The position combines strategic negotiation with stakeholder management in a global, cross-functional environment.

• Negotiate IT agreements and support key sourcing areas
• Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies including supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting
• Manage supplier performance, relationships, and continuous improvement programs
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to achieve cost savings and value targets
• Create RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and manage IT projects to source suppliers
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within sourcing

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of indirect sourcing experience
• Experience with end-to-end sourcing process, negotiations and contract management
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP and Ariba)
