Overview In this role you will provide Owner's Agent Construction Management services to a major government renovation program, guiding program leadership, risk management, and scheduling. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. The position sits within Parsons' Federal Solutions team, contributing to critical public projects. You will shape program outcomes through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Establish program direction and lead Construction Management activities
- Advise on and implement solutions to technical and contractual challenges to maintain progress
- Develop and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, schedule, and cost
- Provide upward reporting and coordinate with program stakeholders
- Manage all internal project phases from planning to mobilization and execution
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for the program
- Assess resource needs and mobilize company resources to meet objectives
- Monitor progress and report milestones and conditions affecting cost or schedule
- Oversee program performance to meet financial, schedule, deliverable, and safety targets
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering or CM preferred)
- Active Secret clearance
- 15+ years of broad and diversified Owner's Agent PM/CM experience on large programs
- Experience on major construction or renovation projects with value >$250M
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Advanced leadership capability in senior management roles
- Proven track record of managing large teams and resolving complex assignments
- Expert knowledge of standard Construction Management practices
- Ability to assess risk across contract types and build mitigation strategies
