Overview As a Project Manager, you oversee construction activities from conception to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery. You will work closely with the project team, clients, and vendors to coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, and quality and safety standards. You will identify constructability issues early, manage contracts, and oversee on-site safety and compliance. This role offers visibility across projects and an opportunity to drive on-site execution and coordination at scale.

Responsibilities- Plan and manage construction activities to meet schedule and budget
- Coordinate clients, architects, subcontractors and staff across the project
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and building codes
- Inspect sites daily for regulatory compliance and constructability issues
- Prepare subcontracts and negotiate revisions
- Track expenses, manage payments, and minimize project risk
- Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders and clients
- Oversee project documentation and reports
- Resolve disputes and maintain client relations
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete construction projects
- Graduate from accredited four-year college with related major or equivalent experience
- 3rd party general contractor experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Thorough knowledge of safety standards and legal issues
- Ability to plan, organize and lead a team
- Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and MS Project
- Knowledge of Prolog or similar PM software is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
