Overview In this role you will advance the CORE operating system within Raytheon's Logistics and Property Management team, aligning processes with enterprise standards. You will partner with LPM leadership and value streams to drive transformation and measurable value. You'll lead workshops, coach teams, and develop training to build organizational capability in continuous improvement. This position offers impact across sites by enhancing efficiency, cost, and quality through data-driven methods.

Responsibilities- Follow CORE procedures to standardize improvement activities across sites
- Expand adoption of the CORE OS in site processes
- Facilitate CORE engagements, workshops, and problem solving sessions
- Provide CORE coaching and training to develop continuous improvement capability
- Support transformation projects with CORE analytics and change management
- Implement CORE tools and practices across teams and locations
- Lead Kaizen and Lean events to drive operational gains
- Track and report key CORE metrics and site maturity
- Develop CORE training materials and coordinate training programs
- Assess site performance, identify gaps, and guide improvement roadmaps
- Advise senior leadership with data-driven updates on CORE activities
Key requirements- University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years in relevant field, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years' experience
- Experience in Logistics, Property Management, Operations, or Supply Chain
- Proven track record leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
