Floating Licensed Administrator (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.D) - 901 So Cal Region

As Floating Administrator-Licensed, you ensure smooth, compliant operations for designated programs on an interim basis, guiding quality improvements. You will coordinate with corporate teams, consultants, and regulatory bodies, while representing the program to agencies and community partners. The role requires extensive regional travel and on-call availability to meet operational needs. You drive adherence to licensing, staffing, and service standards within a recovery-focused framework. • Manage day-to-day operations of the designated program on an interim basis
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee quality assurance and performance improvements
• Coordinate with corporate departments, consultants, and external partners; represent the program with State/County agencies and community groups
• Travel extensively to sites throughout the region and participate in a structured on-call rotation
• Monitor communications and respond according to operational protocols

• Master's in social services with California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy.D., or RN)
• Four years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting
• Two years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
• Understanding of community mental health, substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and recovery philosophy
• Must be at least 21 years old
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (or able to obtain by start date)
• Post-offer physical examination, TB testing, background clearances, and license verification required
• Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
