Responsibilities- Lead projects with minimal oversight
- Supervise paralegals and junior attorneys
- Collaborate with multiple professionals and departments
- Research statutes, regulations, case law, and other authorities
- Apply legal authorities to facts and provide practical conclusions
- Present conclusions to attorneys and client representatives
- Utilize modern legal Office tools (MS Office, Internet, Email, Westlaw)
Key requirements- Six or more years of attorney experience
- Health law education/experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
