Overview In this remote role, you drive high-impact Splunk solutions for area-aligned customers, guiding account teams and customers to maximize platform value. You'll act as Splunk expert, shaping onboarding, health reviews, and adoption opportunities while leading internal initiatives like VRP and AI frameworks. Collaborate with Sales, CS, SEs, and architects to realize measurable outcomes and customer success. This position offers meaningful scope to influence platform adoption and strategic technical consulting at scale.

Responsibilities- Deliver onboarding workshops and prescriptive guidance to achieve onboarding milestones
- Proactively coordinate with Area aligned Technical Success Engineers to review account health and renewal risks
- Collaborate with Customer Success Executives on adoption opportunities related to use cases
- Engage CS/SE management to align priorities and address at-risk accounts and area themes
- Lead internal projects (VRP, AI initiatives, new frameworks) to evolve the business
- Provide strategic technical consulting (up to 90 days) and guidance on optimal Splunk usage
- Conduct research across resources to solve complex technical problems and validate value for stakeholders
- Achieve customer onboarding success milestones and contribute to practice KPIs through process improvements and collateral/tools development
Key requirements- 5+ years administering and using Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud)
- 3+ years Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and Splunk Core product features
- 3+ years SPL (Search Processing Language) skills
- Experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics
- Splunk Architect certification required
- Spunk Core Consultant Certification (as stated)
