Overview In this Contract Recruiter role, you lead the full lifecycle of engineering and technology recruiting for Lockheed Martin's MFC team, delivering top talent to support mission-critical programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to shape hiring strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You'll rely on modern sourcing tools and data-driven decisions to meet long-range hiring goals and enable growth. The position combines strategic advising, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering & Technology roles and cleared positions with a focus on candidate experience
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for client groups across MFC
- Collaborate with TA Managers, HR Business Partners, and recruiters as a Talent Advisor on talent needs and workforce planning
- Engage with management to understand job requirements and alignment with business needs
- Build and nurture pipelines using social media, databases, and other channels
- Source and recruit top talent to meet long-range hiring goals and future growth
- Conduct prescreens and manage compliant referrals to openings
- Partner with HR on compensation, onboarding, and hiring processes
- Apply data-driven decision-making and contribute to Agile team workflows
- Lead project management tasks including trainings and presentations to the business
- Occasional travel for job fairs and events
Key requirements- 6+ years in corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting using CRM/ATS (e.g., SAP, Eightfold)
- 6+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- 6+ years of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency for problem solving and insights
- 6+ years of OFCCP compliance experience
