Overview In this role you will drive the adoption and execution of virtual design and construction on large-scale projects. You will collaborate with the VD&C Manager and project teams to develop and maintain BIM standards, create accurate layout and coordination drawings, and lead BIM-enabled coordination efforts. You will train and supervise team members, integrate 3D scanning capabilities, and support marketing and proposals with digital visuals. This position combines technical leadership with hands-on BIM work to advance division-wide BIM practices.

Responsibilities- Update models to reflect as-built conditions with on-site teams
- Develop layout, detail, and coordination drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Establish and maintain detailed BIM standards for division-wide consistency
- Lead implementation of BIM technologies on large construction projects
- Train and supervise project team in layout/detail/coordination drawing creation
- Provide technical support for BIM software and hardware
- Assist in BIM Model Server setup and BIM workflow improvements
- Integrate 3D laser scanning into project procedures
- Collaborate with Swinerton Labs and Center For Excellence
- Support firm-wide BIM standards and 3D CAD tool development
- Participate in adoption of VDC program
- Other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Three to four years' experience with Revit and AutoCAD for architecture, engineering, mechanical systems, and construction model creation
- Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management degree or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit Architecture/Structural
- Experience with Navisworks
