Overview In this role you will build and scale Allegro's HR Operations, shaping a modern service model, strong controls, and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle. You will own data integrity, process standardization, and a high-quality experience for employees and managers, while partnering with HR, Legal, Finance, and HR Technology. The position blends strategic process improvement with hands-on execution to enable scalable growth and AI-enabled workflows. You will drive continuous improvement in global HR operations and governance.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day HR processes across hires, changes, leaves, and terminations with clear service standards and escalation paths
- Design and optimize SOPs, standardize HR transactions globally, and strengthen data quality and internal controls
- Collaborate on Workday and related HR systems modernization, pursuing automation and AI-enabled improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and audit readiness, develop operational metrics and dashboards
- Ensure compliance with laws, privacy standards, and internal controls; support audits with Risk and Legal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, and HRBP to resolve inquiries
- Lead and develop HR Operations professionals, reduce low-value manual work, and drive automation initiatives
Key requirements- 10-12 years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or related leadership roles
- Prior people leadership experience with budget/resource-planning responsibility
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday
- Proven track record improving HR processes, service delivery, and controls, including automation and AI
- Strong understanding of HR data governance, compliance, and audit requirements
- Ability to partner across Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR Technology, Talent, and HRBP functions
