Overview

In this role you drive sales budgets while delivering a top-tier shopping experience aligned with company guidelines. You lead store operations, merchandising, and staff development to meet brand standards and safeguard customers and employees. You'll collaborate with leadership to optimize pricing, inventory, and in-store service, shaping a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient environment. This position offers a path to impact store performance, team growth, and store-wide execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead customer service excellence and train associates on the P's of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion, Pro Services)
  • Model and reinforce seamless customer service focus; act as KCM or Manager on Duty as required
  • Conduct weekly competitive shops and communicate pricing/inventory issues to senior team
  • Analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to optimize merchandising, in-stock, and pricing
  • Utilize POS systems to manage inventory, cycles, and shipping/receiving; uphold brand/operating standards
  • Ensure store presentation and safety standards; follow loss prevention and risk management guidelines
  • Interface with corporate headquarters and support store leadership in decision-making
  • Oversee scheduling, training, supervision, workload and performance management of associates
  • Address disciplinary actions and performance issues; ensure compliance with HR processes and policies
  • Open/close store as needed and handle store-level HR or loss prevention issues
Key requirements
  • 3-5 years retail management experience
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume, complex location
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train associates
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to use independent discretion in fast-paced environments; adapt to change with urgency
  • Proven ability to increase market share and deliver strong customer service under pressure
