Overview In this role, you support day-to-day HR operations to sustain a positive workplace culture and ensure policy and regulatory compliance. You collaborate with employees and managers across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and performance initiatives to enable smooth people processes. You will handle records, inquiries, and data analysis to inform decisions and improve experiences. This position offers exposure to a broad HR suite while contributing to policy execution and workforce development.
Responsibilities- Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening, coordinating interviews
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain confidential employee records and data integrity
- Assist employees with benefits, policies, and employment matters
- Administer benefits and support annual enrollment
- Partner with managers on employee relations and culture
- Support performance management, development, and training programs
- Assist with leave, attendance, and accommodation processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data
- Participate in HR projects, engagement initiatives, and process improvements
- Support payroll-related activities and coordinate with payroll teams
