Overview

In this Senior Talent Acquisition role, you will lead a US-based team of recruiting coordinators to optimize interview scheduling, offers, and the new hire process. You'll support end-to-end recruitment administration, improve processes, and partner across recruiters, hiring managers, and other People Team members to deliver an efficient, well-organized hiring flow. You'll also assist with onboarding activities and handle sensitive information with discretion, contributing to a smooth transition for new hires. This position sits within the People team at BNY and offers exposure to executive hiring and a data-driven recruitment environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a US-based team of recruiting coordinators responsible for scheduling interviews, offers, and new hire processes
  • Support end-to-end recruitment administration including interview logistics, candidate communications, requisition tracking, and data maintenance in recruiting systems
  • Review and improve recruitment processes for continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, agencies, and other People Team members to ensure efficient hiring
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including pre-hire coordination, documentation tracking, and orientation preparation
  • Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion, especially in executive hiring activities
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, talent acquisition support, or related People Team/administrative function
  • Strong time management, highly organized, detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and discretion; preferred experience supporting senior stakeholders or confidential information
