Manager - Retail Choice Programs

In this role you lead the newly formed Choice Program Operations team, shaping processes for retail choice programs managed across multiple LDCs. You build and mentor a team of experts responsible for tariff compliance, flow order execution, forecasting, and pricing support. You'll drive process improvements, establish metrics, and partner with Trading to optimize virtual assets. This is a strategic role that combines regulatory navigation with cross-functional leadership to improve execution and reduce risk.

• Own and update LDC retail choice program rules and changes impacting eligibility and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with LDCs, including regular touchpoints and collaborative sessions
• Serve as escalation point for complex LDC issues, disputes, and regulatory changes
• Own retail pricing products and curves in line with LDC rules
• Oversee customer usage forecasting and capacity assignments/releases for accurate scheduling
• Set direction for flow order estimation methodology and communicate risks and opportunities
• Oversee cost forecasting for asset assignments
• Manage flow orders between LDCs and the business with accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with Trading to shape strategy for virtual assets
• Develop tools and metrics to monitor the retail business segment
• Identify and drive process/tech improvements to reduce manual effort and risk
• Coach and develop Analysts to high standards of accuracy and ownership

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience
