Overview In this Architectural Project Manager role, you oversee complex design projects from concept through construction in Colliers' Rochester office. You serve as primary client liaison and AOR on projects, ensuring design quality and construction documents. You will mentor staff, collaborate across offices, and help grow the firm's architectural presence in the Hudson Valley region. The role blends leadership, technical coordination, and business development in a dynamic, sustainability focused practice.

Responsibilities- Lead, oversee, and coordinate project activities
- Assist growth of architectural presence in target regions
- Fulfill role of Project Architect and AOR on most projects
- Ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Serve as primary design liaison to clients and oversee construction documents
- Assign tasks and oversee design/production staff when needed

Key requirements- 8+ years of experience as a mid to senior-level architect
- Licensed architect in NY
- Bachelor's and/or Master's in Architecture or equivalent
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication for client facing work
- Business acumen, coordination skills, and ability to build rapport with team and client
- Willingness to mentor team members
- Experience with or interest in business development and interview activities
- Project management experience preferred in planning and execution of design/construction projects
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, meetings, and conferences
