Overview As Senior Manager, Government Services Talent Acquisition you lead recruiting for government programs, turning contract and workforce needs into actionable hiring plans. You partner across program, contracts, security, and HR to source and place cleared and technical talent. You manage a recruiting team and complex loads to meet funding and start dates. You help mobilize new contracts and adapt staffing for recompetes and expansions. You join a mission-driven environment shaping critical programs for government customers.

Responsibilities- Develop recruiting plans based on government contracts, staffing needs, and timelines
- Collaborate with Program Management, Contracts, Security, Finance, and HR to interpret requirements
- Translate SOWs and labor categories into candidate profiles and search strategies
- Track staffing against funding, performance periods, and start dates
- Recruit candidates meeting technical, clearance, citizenship, and location requirements
- Identify staffing risks that could delay program delivery or funding
- Support contract mobilizations, recompetes, and staffing changes
Key requirements- 8+ years in talent acquisition or executive search
- 3+ years of managing recruiters or multiple workstreams
- Experience staffing government contracts or government-funded programs
- Experience translating contract requirements into recruiting plans
- Experience recruiting technical roles and clearance-eligible talent
- Experience in government services, defense, intelligence, or related contracting environment
- Full-cycle recruiting experience and use of ATS for pipelines
- Experience reporting recruiting progress to senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
