Employment Attorney - In-House-Manufacturing - Pittsburgh

In this hybrid Pittsburgh role you will manage day-to-day employment litigation and provide employment counseling. You will collaborate closely with the CHRO, GC, and outside counsel, coordinating labor issues with the labor director. This role offers a meaningful chance to influence in-house labor strategy and work with a supportive team.

• Manage daily employment litigation and provide counseling on employment matters
• Coordinate with CHRO, GC, and outside counsel on litigation strategy
• Liaise with labor director on labor issues and ensure alignment with outside counsel
• Support policy development and practical guidance for HR and management
• Assist in coordinating external legal resources as needed
