Overview In this role, you oversee boutique operations to optimize inventory and processes, driving store profitability and smooth daily functioning. You will lead the operations team, coordinate with the Boutique Director and store leadership, and ensure high standards in stock integrity, delivery, and client service. This is a hands-on position in a luxury retail environment where you help shape efficient, premium customer experiences. Responsibilities- Motivate and empower the store team to collaborate across the store, other locations, and business partners
- Participate in morning briefings and contribute to store objectives
- Uphold inventory management standards and ensure stock accuracy
- Maintain and organize stock rooms (product and packaging) with safety focus
- Optimize stockroom and sales floor preshow/understock spaces for seamless client experiences
- Oversee accuracy of in-store stock, conduct and manage cycle counts and reconciliations
- Manage delivery operations, ensuring rapid and accurate replenishment
- Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and logistical activities within deadlines
- Improve product availability by engaging with supply chain and fulfilling product requests
- Ensure client repairs and refurbishment are delivered on schedule
- Manage store supplies orders and contribute to operating expenses
- Monitor store maintenance, stationery, uniforms, and kitchen supplies
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company policies
Key requirements- 5+ years' experience in retail sales and operations
- 2+ years' management or supervisory experience
- Experience in the retail luxury sector with affinity for luxury products
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through competencies
- Strong organization, task-management, and logistics skill set
- Competent computer skills (e.g., SAP, Excel, Word)
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20lb
