Overview In this role you will own the campus sourcing pipeline, focusing on identifying top STEM talent from universities to feed HRT's technical teams. You will map university ecosystems, build meaningful campus relationships, and plan events to strengthen our presence and candidate flow. Work closely with cross-functional partners to improve processes and candidate experiences. This is a high-impact, end-to-end campus recruiting position that shapes how early-career talent connects with HRT.
Compensation / Benefits- base salary 140,000-180,000 USD per year

Responsibilities- Develop and execute campus sourcing strategies to identify exceptional STEM talent
- Cultivate ongoing relationships with high-potential students through proactive outreach and personalized communication
- Map university ecosystems to identify talent pools, faculty, student organizations, and technical communities
- Build relationships with professors, career centers, and campus organizations to strengthen pipeline
- Plan, coordinate, and represent HRT at campus events, conferences, and on-campus programming
- Drive process improvements across campus recruiting operations and candidate experience
Key requirements- 2+ years of sourcing or full lifecycle recruiting with exposure to technical talent in technology or quantitative finance
- Proven track record of building and executing campus sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with the technical talent landscape in CS, math, stats, and engineering programs
- Experience building relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations
- Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms; comfort with analytics and reporting tools
