Overview

As a Property Management Coordinator at JLL, you will support the delivery of property management services across client portfolios. You will work with Property Managers to ensure financial, administrative, and tenancy processes run smoothly, gaining exposure to budgets, reporting, lease administration, and contractor coordination. Responsibilities
  • Assist with budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and performance graphs for portfolio financial planning
  • Support monthly reporting for Property Managers and clients
  • Issue purchase orders and set up contracts in JLL systems with accurate record-keeping
  • Monitor rental arrears daily, pursue collections, and allocate payments promptly
  • Assist in rent review processes and generate sundry charges
  • Process accounts payable invoices with correct coding and resolve contractor queries
  • Assist with tenant tax invoices and reconciliations across the portfolio
  • Liaise with contractors, tenants, and property owners to facilitate service delivery
  • Undertake lease administration tasks including tenancy setup forms and sales data input
Key requirements
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable functions, with property management experience desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Calm, effective under pressure with conflicting priorities
  • Eagerness to learn in a dynamic property management environment
  • Familiarity with property management systems, lease administration, and contractor management frameworks is advantageous
