Overview In this role you act as on-site owner representative for medium to large construction projects in the Washington/Baltimore area, focusing on quality, cost, and schedule to deliver complex building envelope systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on labs, data centers, and secure facilities, guiding QA/QC, risk mitigation, and commissioning activities. The position offers substantial impact through overseeing field execution and ensuring contractual compliance. This is a hands-on role for a senior professional who shapes project outcomes.

Responsibilities- Represent client on-site, ensuring QA/QC, cost control, and schedule adherence.
- Collaborate with project delivery team to identify risks and develop mitigations.
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage inspection activities.
- Verify construction complies with plans, specs, and shop drawings.
- Prepare detailed daily progress reports.
- Document and track issues/non-conformances to closure.
- Coordinate submittals and RFIs and track their status.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate building envelope commissioning and other third-party contractors.
- Oversee final inspections, punch lists, and ensure item corrections by contractors.
Key requirements- Ten or more years of related experience and/or education.
- High school diploma or GED plus ten years of related experience; Associate's degree plus eight years; Bachelor's degree plus five years.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
