Enterprise Change Manager (Location Flexible)

As Enterprise Change Manager, you will lead and shape change strategies across priority initiatives, ensuring readiness, adoption, and sustainment. You collaborate with sponsors, leaders, and practitioners to translate complex changes into clear actions and measurable outcomes. You provide governance, tools, and coaching to elevate enterprise change practices and visibility. • Lead change management activities for priority initiatives and tailor approaches to scope and readiness
• Develop and execute change plans aligned with the Enterprise Change Management framework
• Create stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, readiness plans, communications, learning, and adoption strategies
• Integrate change work with project, product, communications, learning, technology, and implementation plans
• Monitor progress and adapt activities based on feedback, readiness, and risks
• Build relationships with sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders; provide practical guidance
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and translate complex information for impacted audiences
• Maintain enterprise visibility of change timing, impacts, risks, and dependencies
• Promote alignment across federated change practitioners and reinforce standards
• Assess readiness, identify adoption barriers, and implement interventions
• Measure readiness, adoption, and sustainment; collect feedback for continuous improvement
• Coach and develop less-experienced practitioners; support leader enablement
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage AI, data, and automation to improve delivery

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred fields include business, OD, HR, communications, technology, psychology
• Minimum five years of experience in change management across initiatives and complex environments
• Proven ability to independently develop and execute change plans for moderately to highly complex initiatives
• Experience working with business leaders, project teams, and multiple stakeholder groups
• Working knowledge of stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, learning, readiness, resistance management, adoption, and sustainment
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority and operate across organizational boundaries
• Analytical ability to translate findings into practical recommendations
• Experience navigating a matrixed environment; capable of handling multiple priorities
• Change management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent preferred
