Overview In this role you will lead expert-level SIEMENS NX and Teamcenter support within the Engineering Applications team, ensuring robust CAD/PLM capabilities across multiple disciplines. You will train users, author documentation, and drive configuration and workflow improvements that accelerate the engineering process. You will collaborate with propulsion, structures, avionics, and test teams to streamline design workflows and standardize parts libraries. Responsibilities- Provide expert support for Siemens Teamcenter, NX/NX-CAM, and Simcenter3D; troubleshoot and propose solutions
- Master Teamcenter Browser-based UI (AWC) and NX integration details; ensure smooth operation
- Deliver training and develop comprehensive documentation; coordinate training activities
- Triage and resolve IT Service Desk tickets and Engineering channel queries for Teamcenter and NX
- Manage Standard Parts Library; support creation of Part Families for Mechanical Routing (Tubing and Piping) and related libraries
- Design, test, and deploy NX configurations; manage Templates, Customizations, and Preferences
- Support Engineering drawing release workflows and ECO processes in Teamcenter
- Develop and document Design Engineering Best Practices and conduct periodic training sessions
Key requirements- 5+ years in SIEMENS NX and Teamcenter
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of design principles
- NX Administration / Configuration experience
- Production environment support for Teamcenter/NX; TC Workflows; NX integration with AWC
- Experience with NX Part Families and Standard Parts Library Management
