Overview

In this role you will lead the design and optimization of Cisco's global supply chain and logistics operations. You will bridge technical requirements with operational execution, driving system and process improvements across logistics, tax, customs, and global trade management. You'll partner with leaders to manage CBM projects and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps, while driving data-driven decisions and executive-facing communication. Responsibilities
  • Strategic leadership to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities and scale architectural solutions
  • Lead multi-functional programs to deploy scalable, integrated systems improving performance and data accuracy
  • Manage intake for CBM projects ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps
  • Author BRDs and develop SOPs and Work Instructions for operational consistency
  • Oversee UAT across Logistics, Tax, Customs, and GTM/GTMD systems to ensure data integrity
  • Resolve complex operational issues in logistics, tax, and customs through root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate with Global Logistics & Trade Compliance to optimize shipping, reduce costs, and raise service levels
  • Present project health and metrics to executive leadership; contribute to an AI roadmap with Data & Analytics
Key requirements
  • 7-10 years in Program Management, Supply Chain Operations, or related field in global tech/manufacturing
  • 5+ years with Logistics, Tax, and Customs regulations; familiarity with GTM
  • Technical writing: BRDs and actionable SOPs
  • Experience enabling supply chain network nodes, VMI, and trade compliance in an ERP; Oracle Fusion preferred
