As a Keyholder at Torrid, you will support store leadership to meet objectives and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You'll model Torrid's connection with customers, reinforce merchandise strategies, and oversee operations when the management team is away. You'll drive sales through service and add-ons, while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment. • Support management in achieving store objectives and KPI goals

• Handle register operations and promote add-on sales
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent
• Maintain flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven leadership and sales performance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience
