Overview

In this role you drive transformational growth for strategic selling partners by crafting and executing tailored growth plans. You partner with cross-functional teams to expand program adoption and revenue, using data-driven insights to unlock opportunities. You engage senior decision-makers to align Amazon programs with partner objectives, guiding high-potential sellers through their first 12 months on the platform. This role combines strategic thinking, advisory influence, and hands-on execution to scale partner success at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth plans for a portfolio of high-value Selling Partners to achieve year-over-year growth
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews, identify opportunities, and recommend optimization strategies
  • Lead growth consultations with senior decision makers (C-suite, VPs, Directors, Agencies) to align programs with business objectives
  • Drive adoption of advanced growth programs (FBA, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Brand Registry, A+ Content, Deals)
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and formulate data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Advertising, Marketing, Category teams, and other stakeholders to deliver holistic solutions
  • Maintain forecasting and account documentation in Salesforce, including opportunity management
  • Collect Voice-of-Seller feedback to influence product roadmaps and program improvements
  • Mentor junior team members and share marketplace expertise
  • Represent the Growth team in cross-functional initiatives and leadership forums
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of sales/marketing experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or retail technology
  • Experience with CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, or sales automation tools
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Consultative selling and executive stakeholder management
