Responsibilities- Manage categories (Industrial Cleaning & SIPA Services) to optimize value and supply base
- Execute value delivery (cost savings/avoidance, revenue impact) and risk reduction within categories
- Analyze data for decision-making, including TCO and should-cost modeling
- Develop, implement, and manage category strategies focusing on value proposition and contract execution
- Build and manage strategic internal and external stakeholder partnerships to align on strategies and requirements
- Develop and monitor KPIs for supplier performance; lead issue resolution and performance reviews
- Lead strategic sourcing projects, including project planning, cross-functional team leadership, and status reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand demand/spend profiles and mitigate risks
- Mentor Category Analysts to ensure execution of category strategy
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Six+ years of supply chain or business-relevant experience
- Experience in category management, strategic sourcing, data analysis, and supplier performance management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects
