Overview In this role you will lead multifamily construction projects from discovery to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You'll manage client and subcontractor relationships, oversee preconstruction and RFP efforts, and guide project teams to successful closeout. Responsibilities- Maintain safety standards on all projects
- Ensure adherence to HITT policies and processes
- Negotiate terms with clients
- Track progress with updated schedules
- Enforce Quality Control Plan
- Resolve scope issues with subcontractors
- Evaluate and assign field personnel
- Negotiate extensions when justified
- Acquire new work and maintain existing clients
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Oversee closeout process
- Lead preconstruction and RFP efforts with department support
- Delegate tasks to ensure smooth project execution
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Four-year degree from an accredited university in construction, engineering, or business (preferred)
- In lieu of degree, additional work experience acceptable
- Has successfully acquired and/or contacted at least one new client
- Ability to execute multiple project management efforts
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
