Overview

In this role you will support employee lifecycle processes, maintain data integrity in HR systems, and deliver strong service to employees and managers. You will handle onboarding, documentation, inquiries, reporting, and compliance, while assisting payroll and benefits and driving process improvements. This is an early-career position ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want exposure to HR operations, HRIS, and global HR practices. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals to build a foundation in HR operations and contribute to a high-performing HR function.

Responsibilities
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions (hires, onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, terminations)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity in HR systems
  • Prepare, review, and process HR documentation per policies
  • Support onboarding and employee administration for positive experience
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries and route complex issues
  • Generate recurring HR reports, run data audits, and support compliance activities
  • Assist with HR projects, process improvements, system implementations, and operational initiatives
  • Support payroll, benefits, and other HR operations
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or related customer-focused role
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and HR processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
