Senior Project Manager, Project & Development Services

Overview

In this role you will lead project delivery for designated client accounts and property portfolios, coordinating with client teams, facility management, and project staff to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes. You will supervise project teams, prepare budgets and schedules, and provide detailed progress reports. You'll oversee consultant and contractor selection, manage change orders, and ensure alignment with building operations and MEP considerations. This position blends client leadership with cross-functional collaboration to drive successful tenant improvements and new builds.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project meetings, set agendas, and manage budgets and timelines across project phases
  • Coordinate reports and drawing reviews for clients and internal teams through conception to construction
  • Oversee selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams, integrating related PM components
  • Review requisitions, change orders and invoices, advising Account/Portfolio Manager and facility team
  • Support marketing/presentation of services to clients
  • Coach and supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators
  • Provide documentation and reports to clients and facility teams
  • Collaborate with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost and profit goals
  • Report major issues and recommendations to Account/Portfolio Manager and senior management
  • Prepare approvals for organizational changes and expenditures beyond approved budgets
  • Set goals/timetables for supervised units; hire, train, and discipline subordinates if needed
  • Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations
Key requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years in an engineering/construction project accountability role
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management
  • Ground up construction and Tenant Improvement experience required
  • Healthcare and/or Lifesciences expertise beneficial
  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area
