Overview In this role you will supervise on-site construction activities on a complex, multi-stakeholder project, ensuring work aligns with schedules, quality standards, and safety goals. You will coordinate subcontractors, craft workers, and suppliers while managing turnover planning and resource deployment. The position emphasizes safety leadership and cost control within a major EPC/ EPCM program for a semiconductor plant, offering opportunities to influence constructability and project outcomes. Responsibilities- Oversee job-site operations for Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and representatives
- Approve layout of temporary construction facilities and uphold Zero Accidents safety program
- Manage staffing against approved plan and monitor performance against budget and schedule
- Ensure work quality meets requirements and review designs for constructability improvements
- Develop and implement turnover plans coordinating all craft disciplines
- Monitor quantity reporting and field organization to ensure qualified personnel
- Maintain appropriate Foreman/Worker ratios and effective use of project automation tools
- Establish and track construction schedules, resource needs, and material/equipment requirements
- Control on-site expenditures and ensure operations stay within budget
- Monitor equipment utilization and maintenance on-site
Key requirements- Advanced knowledge of EPC and EPCM construction programs, means and methods
- Advanced knowledge of supervisory functions in construction field activities
- Working knowledge of ASME NQA-1 1994, 2008 and Addendum 2009
- Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health and Zero Accident program
- Extensive experience in construction management of EPC projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10-13 years with degree; 14-17 years without)
