Overview In this role you will handle a heavy caseload of medical malpractice matters from intake to resolution, including trial. You will work within a large personal injury firm known for complex cases and national reach. You will guide clients, coordinate with experts, and drive cases through pre-litigation, litigation, and trial phases. This position offers the opportunity to shape outcomes for plaintiffs and contribute to the firm's mission of handling high-stakes cases with focus and expertise. You will engage in meaningful advocacy and help advance complex medical malpractice litigation.

Responsibilities- manage medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution, including trial
- draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda
- guide clients through the case process
- coordinate with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits
- attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trials
Key requirements- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with state bar
- medical malpractice experience, preferably plaintiff
- ability to manage a high-volume caseload
