Overview As Lead HR/HC Program Manager in Booz Allen's National Security sector, you design and operate impactful HR programs across complex workflows and geographic footprints. Key requirements- 10+ years of experience with HR
- 5+ years as program manager on an HR or human capital program
- 3+ years managing geographically dispersed HR operations
- 2+ years leading complex federal contract transitions
- experience building strategic partnerships with government stakeholders and delivering executive-level briefings
- experience managing project performance and quality assurance across HR functions
- experience leading organizational change initiatives
- ability to balance technical, financial, and contractual requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management
