Legal Pricing Solutions Lead

In this role you will lead pricing strategy, matter budgeting, and negotiations with external law firms to improve pricing outcomes and value delivery. You will scale capabilities via AI-enabled tools and drive adoption of modern pricing practices across portfolios. You'll translate performance insights for senior legal and business stakeholders and oversee multiple concurrent work streams. • Develop pricing strategies, matter budgets, and appropriate fee arrangements across portfolios
• Lead negotiations with external law firms to align terms and value outcomes
• Advise senior leaders by translating financial and matter insights into executive-ready recommendations
• Evaluate AI impact on pricing, staffing, and service delivery to inform value frameworks
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled pricing tools to improve forecasting and staffing models
• Collaborate on cross-functional AI and legal transformation initiatives across Legal, Finance, Legal Technology and Procurement
• Develop and deliver training to strengthen pricing, scoping, budgeting, and matter analysis capabilities
• Monitor market pricing trends to continuously improve strategy and governance
• Influence leadership priorities by aligning spend impact with measurable outcomes
• Manage multiple concurrent work streams with disciplined execution and strong stakeholder communication

• 8+ years of experience in a law firm, corporation, or professional services
• Proven experience supporting partners, senior lawyers, and executive leaders
• Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders and deliver with authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive presentations
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment in matter budgeting and pricing
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver outcomes in fast-evolving environments
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills across multiple initiatives
• Familiarity with legal pricing, matter management systems, and legal AI technologies
• High proficiency in financial presentations, executive storytelling, and data visualization
