Overview

In this role you will manage end-to-end government and commercial contracts, enabling timely delivery of critical defense programs. You will work closely with legal, proposal, and engineering teams to ensure compliance and optimize contract performance. You help mitigate risk through sound negotiation and policy development, shaping how Anduril partners with DoD and commercial customers. This position offers exposure to diverse programs across space, connected warfare, mission systems, air defense, and OTA-based initiatives. You will contribute directly to national security through strategic contract management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • manage the full contract lifecycle for DoD, international, and commercial contracts
  • conduct contract reviews, acceptance, and documentation
  • plan and manage contract proposals and support proposal preparation
  • ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and policies
  • identify and implement new contract policies and processes
  • maintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records
  • provide briefings to program managers and executives on contract status
  • advise on FAR/DFARS requirements and regulatory considerations
  • cultivate relationships with internal and external customers
  • offer contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies
  • negotiate complex terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, government, or related field
  • 5+ years of full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M
  • strong knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • U.S. Person status and ability to obtain security clearance
  • location flexibility within Costa Mesa, CA; Washington, DC; or Ashville, OH
