Responsibilities- Act as subject matter expert in renewables construction for solar PV installations
- Optimize client CapEx across the full solar value chain: design/engineering, contracting/procurement, project execution
- Collaborate with a global network of consultants to influence McKinsey's thinking in the area
- Contribute to client delivery and develop personal knowledge through training and mentoring
- Participate in building sustainable value and capital excellence across projects and clients
Key requirements- Undergraduate degree in engineering
- 10+ years of post-graduate experience with a track record of impact
- Experience in construction renewables and significant EPC construction experience
- Experience working on large-sized projects
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong collaboration and teamwork
