Overview As Integration Lead Architect, you will design end-to-end integration solutions to connect diverse applications, driving scalable and secure architectures. Responsibilities- Design end-to-end integration architectures including APIs, middleware, data flows, and service orchestration
- Develop integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor integration teams on best practices, tools, and frameworks
- Act as liaison between business, development teams, and external partners
- Align stakeholder expectations with product capabilities
- Engage with potential clients to propose tailored solutions
- Ensure scalability and performance through collaboration with architects
- Provide development oversight to meet client needs and requirements
- Identify risks related to integration dependencies and data flow
- Assist deployment activities and drive continuous improvement
- Stay updated with latest integration trends and propose enhancements
- Provide status reports to stakeholders and leadership
Key requirements- 10+ years in enterprise integration architecture and large-scale system integration
- 8+ years designing and implementing REST APIs and event-based integrations
- 5+ years with MuleSoft, Spring Integration, Kafka, API Gateway, ESB, or cloud-native integration services
- 5+ years cloud architecture experience across AWS or Azure with container/Kubernetes deployment
- 5+ years defining API standards, integration governance, security architectures (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT) and scalable practices
- 5+ years observability, resiliency, performance optimization for enterprise distributed systems
- 3+ years Life Insurance and Annuities domain experience (New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Servicing, Billing & Payments, Claims, Digital Customer Experience)
- 3+ years delivering tech solutions in Life Insurance/Annuities carrier environments or insurance SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or 12 years equivalent)
