Responsibilities- Advise clients on local and international tax matters with a focus on strategic consulting for business analysis and profit sharing
- Manage tax compliance and structuring for financial services clients, addressing operational tax risks and capital requirements
- Analyze complex tax proposals and develop actionable recommendations for clients
- Draft and prepare tax documents ensuring regulatory accuracy
- Monitor financial trends to inform tax planning and decision-making
- Lead teams in tax compliance projects fostering collaboration and inclusion
- Coach team members, recognize strengths, and support development
- Oversee tax-related initiatives with project management to meet client expectations

Key requirements- Bachelor
- 4+ years of experience
- At least one of: CPA, Bar membership, or other tax/finance-specific credentials (as specified)
