Overview In this role you will lead a team of HR Business Partners and serve as a strategic advisor to DHL Express -US, aligning HR strategy with business goals. You will advance talent initiatives, culture, and HR operations to enable growth, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from planning to offboarding. You'll work with executives and cross-functional partners to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness, using data to inform decisions. This is a high-impact, strategic HR leadership role in a large, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners with coaching and performance feedback
- Act as strategic consultant to business leaders on HR implications of strategies and changes
- Align HR strategy with business goals and translate needs into HR solutions
- Influence management on people agenda to improve performance and engagement
- Provide counsel on employment law, policies, and best practices for compliance
- Maintain focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to forecast workforce needs and develop strategies
- Support full employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, compensation, development, and offboarding with COEs and Shared Services
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions
- Champion process improvements and scalable HR practices
- Develop and deliver executive and stakeholder communications
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor regulations to maintain best-in-class HR practices
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or Master's with 8+ years of HR experience
- PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience leading HR teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance; labor relations a plus
- Analytical ability to interpret complex issues and provide guidance
- Strong negotiation, influence, and business acumen with cross-level partnership
- Leadership competencies: collaboration, innovation, adaptability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders
