Overview In this role you will join a prominent AmLaw 200 law firm's Construction Litigation Practice to handle high-stakes disputes for diverse clients. You will work closely with partners to develop strategy, draft and manage pleadings, and supervise discovery and depositions. The position offers early responsibility, mentorship, and a collaborative, client-focused culture. You will contribute to building the firm's reputation in construction litigation while advancing your own practice.
Compensation / Benefits- Competitive salary: $160,000-$170,000

Responsibilities- Represent clients in construction litigation, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related matters
- Draft sophisticated litigation documents with strategic insight
- Manage discovery: document review, depositions, and expert coordination
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to shape litigation strategy
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on trial preparation
Key requirements- 5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience with a focus on personal injury matters
- Active Florida Bar in good standing
- Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Experience handling discovery processes and depositions
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
