Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality hospital medicine care in a safety-net setting
- Engage in teaching and mentorship of trainees and colleagues
- Develop and participate in scholarship, quality improvement, and health systems initiatives
- Assume leadership roles in clinical operations and program development
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and safety
- Contribute to education and scholarly contributions in hospital medicine
- Support track-specific clinical and academic activities (clinical, education, research)
- Participate in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
Key requirements- Board-certified or board-eligible internist
- Commitment to exceptional care in safety-net settings
- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and scholarship
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
- Desirable: bilingual in English and Spanish or Cantonese (preferred)
