Overview In this senior, strategy-driven HR leadership role, you partner with technology leaders to shape multi-year talent plans for enterprise AI, data capabilities, and engineering platforms. You will coach senior leaders, design organizational structures, and mobilize leadership to accelerate innovation and transformation. Your work blends people analytics with change management to build the workforce and leadership needed for Vanguard's AI and engineering priorities. Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Define and execute multi-year talent strategies for enterprise AI, engineering platforms, and scaled tech capabilities
- Partner with AI, data, and platform leaders to ensure the organization has the talent, leadership, and operating models for long-term success
- Provide executive coaching and shape workforce strategies to advance engineering excellence and technical leadership
- Lead organizational design efforts aligning structure and decision-making with AI, data, and platform priorities
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform workforce decisions, mitigate risk, and improve organizational health
- Oversee core HR processes and collaborate with HR centers of excellence to provide a seamless employee experience
- Support cultural evolution and change management across rapidly transforming technology teams
Key requirements- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with success supporting senior executives in large, complex organizations
- Experience partnering with technology or engineering leaders (preferred)
- Expertise in organizational design, succession planning, workforce strategy, and executive coaching
- Ability to influence senior leaders, operate in high-ambiguity environments, and navigate large-scale transformation
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
