Overview As Construction Superintendent for STRUCTURAL NE&F, you lead field teams across concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing and structural strengthening projects. You will coordinate with Project Managers and division leaders to plan work, manage crews, and ensure safety and quality on site. You drive execution through look-ahead schedules, contract compliance, and clear site communications with customers and teams. This role offers impact by ensuring durable structures and safe, efficient project delivery within a collaborative, safety-focused culture. You will also mentor crews, promote our Safety 24/7 ethos, and play a key part in ramping up multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities- Provide high level management to field leaders, foremen, and the open-shop teams
- Participate in pre-project and pre-task planning and disseminate details to field crews
- Motivate and coordinate work across crews, assign tasks based on material and staffing needs
- Ensure safe and productive operation of tools and equipment on site
- Provide training and assistance to crews on task performance
- Assist Project Managers in evaluating production rates and planning
- Complete essential paperwork clearly and accurately
- Interview and hire new field employees
- Provide leadership to uphold the Safety 24/7 culture
- Read, interpret and execute construction drawings and contract specifications
- Produce look-ahead schedules and coordinate with project documents
- Communicate effectively with customers, crews, and project teams
- Demonstrate intermediate computer and construction math skills
- Build goals, hold others accountable, and mentor staff
Key requirements- High school degree or equivalent
- 10+ years in general construction with at least 5 years in Foreman or Assistant Superintendent
- Experience in concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, corrosion control, facade restoration
- Experience running up to 4 projects simultaneously in a commercial environment
- Ability to supervise multiple levels of field managers and crews with minimal subcontract oversight
- Proven ability to read and execute construction drawings and specifications
