Overview In this role, you architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs, covering greenfield, brownfield, and SDT scenarios. You influence multi-wave migrations and set governance, tooling, and standards while guiding a delivery team. You collaborate with client data owners and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality and successful go-lives. You bring executive presence to drive complex migrations and mentor junior consultants, delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities- Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs (greenfield, brownfield, SDT)
- Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large multi-wave programs
- Design data migration objects, rules, and cutover sequencing across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM
- Lead and mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers
- Engage with data owners and IT leads to align data quality and sign-off processes
- Govern tool configuration and adherence to migration architecture standards (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti)
- Oversee migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution with risk management
- Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability-building activities
- Travel as required to meet business needs
Key requirements- Minimum 7 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role
- At least 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT) or comparable platforms
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
