Overview In this role you help shape and operate the contractor earnings and tax platforms within Walmart's earnings, payments, and regulation ecosystem. You will collaborate with Last Mile Operations and product teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that improve user trust and regulatory outcomes. You'll apply ML/AI insights to keep the platform ahead of industry trends and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities- Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for contractor earnings and tax excellence
- Build and oversee capabilities for accurate earnings disbursement, tax reporting, and transparent user experiences
- Design and embed compliance-by-design principles to minimize regulatory risk
- Pursue continuous innovation through benchmarking, user research, and trend analysis
- Lead and align cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
