Overview In this role you will own the Americas Total Rewards programs-compensation, benefits, and equity-across the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, while aligning with global practices. You'll drive end-to-end rewards design, governance, and ongoing management in a fast-growing fintech, partnering with cross-functional teams to influence strategy. This position offers scope to shape equity and compensation in preparation forIPO-readiness and regional scaling. You'll work with a global team to implement scalable rewards that attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities- Design and execute the compensation strategy: salary structures, market positioning, and merit/bonus cycles
- Own benefits lifecycle: plan design, renewals, and broker negotiations
- Manage equity program design, stock plan admin, compliance and governance
- Lead Global and Americas Total Rewards initiatives end-to-end using market data and benchmarking
- Collaborate with the global team on IPO readiness initiatives
- Partner with TA, People Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and leadership on compensation, budgets, and compliance
Key requirements- 8+ years in total rewards, compensation, and benefits with Americas/global experience
- Experience building or managing a complete rewards program (compensation, benefits, equity)
- End-to-end benefits process management including broker negotiations
- Strong analytics for annual market reviews and pay strategy influence
- Proven ability to build models and projections
- Working knowledge of US stock administration and equity compensation (RSUs, vesting)
- Experience at late-stage private or pre-IPO companies, especially equity program changes
