As Patent Attorney at TI, you will deepen your understanding of semiconductor technologies to craft inventive patent strategies. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify patentable inventions and manage a growing portfolio of patents. You will provide strategic legal counsel on infringement and licensing, shaping how TI protects its innovations. • Analyze diverse technologies in depth
• Draft and prosecute patent applications aligned with strategic goals
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify patentable inventions
• Develop and maintain a patent portfolio in the designated technical area
• Provide legal counsel on patent-related matters, including infringement and licensing

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Juris Doctor (JD) with an active license to practice law
• 4+ years of patent application drafting and prosecution experience
• Registration as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Admission in good standing with a state bar
