Overview As Construction Project Manager, you will guide long- and short-term plans to drive successful construction outcomes for data center projects. You'll lead field operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control. You'll act as the primary liaison with GC teams, vendors, and consultants to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Your work supports TEKsystems' mission to deliver complex, mission-critical infrastructure through structured delivery and collaboration. Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage resources and personnel for projects
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery from inception to closeout
- Review GC/Contractor plans and procurement packages
- Assist with scoping, proposals, and vendor/contractor engagement
- Monitor project performance: schedule, cost, safety, and change management
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across internal teams, designers, GC teams, and vendors
- Lead and participate in OAC meetings with GC/Contractor
- Coordinate inspections, safety plans, and site logistics reviews
- Conduct regular site walks to verify progress, invoices, and quality
- Promote Injury-Free Environment (IFE) through leadership and program enforcement
Key requirements- 10+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PMI, PMP, or similar certifications preferred
- Knowledge of design/construction processes, quality control, cost management, scheduling, and project delivery methods
- Experience with Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CM-at-Risk, and Design Assist
- Proficiency with project management software and office tools (PMIS/Procore, Word, Project, Visio, Outlook, Teams)
