Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of project management from planning to closing
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead project teams and coordinate tasks among stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants
- Review contracts, proposals, and specifications for regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and safety
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to protect timelines and quality
- Prepare and present project performance reports to senior management and clients
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize delivery and client satisfaction
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and standards
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
